Your goal as Seni Omnichannel Specialist will be to become the 'go-to' business intelligence resource for sales and marketing teams by providing insight-led, actionable recommendations, by using the data available to drive end-to-end Omnichannel growth, from analysis of multichannel engagement to omnichannel modalities


_ Your responsibilities:
_


This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following:

  • Transform and analyze large volumes of data, combining available data, as well as many other data sources.
  • Identify opportunities for digital activation with specific HCP cohorts which you have defined using segmentation and propensity modeling.
  • Create and maintain data pipelines to deliver highly accurate and complete data sets on a weekly and/or daily basis
  • Deliver actionable insights to help decision making via visual reporting platforms (BI Maintance) in collaboration with the sector's many crossfunctional teams.
  • Take full responsibility on providing consultations and expertise on all aspects of Omnichannel and digital marketing.
  • Lead Omnichannel projects or Omnichannel section of projects as a part of crossfunctional team.
  • Work within Marketing Automation platform and similar tools.
  • Design and construct Customer Journeys.
  • Build, execute and monitor digital campaigns assuring best outcomes.
  • Prepare initial reports on campaign results. Qualifications

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or similar.
  • At least two years of proven experience in digital marketing in pharma industry.
  • Experience with data sources such as IRI, Nielsen, Retailer POS systems, Panel data such as Numerator, Nielsen, or IRI
  • Ability to analyze large and complex data sets with proven experience in delivering recommendations to senior stakeholders
  • Desired experience with visualization tools, Power BI or Tableau
  • Advanced English level is required
