Overview:

Assumes responsibility for processing transactions pertaining to Vendor/Account specific Software Licensing programs at TD SYNNEX and directs response activities to optimize departmental bandwidth.
Assigned to larger/strategic vendor accounts.
Offers live support for all licensing questions, configures quotes, gathers appropriate documentation, follows up on quotes, and places orders.
Acts on behalf of sales to enter and track licensing orders through the entire process.
Acts in a lead role on team with emphasis on following up on issues and taking customer service to the next level.
Supports Customers, Sales, Product Marketing, Credit, Vendor Dropship, and Vendors in facilitation of all Software Licensing Programs.
Assumes full team/sales departmentwide responsibility for supporting software licensing questions, order entry, as well as any issues/problems as a result. Files software licensing quotes/orders in order system. May assist with special pricing opportunities. Begin to gain an understanding of promos and rebates.
Timely and appropriate escalation of customer issues.
Staffs phones to achieve superior customer service levels.
Supports/ensures licensing opportunities for sales/customers.
Gathers all appropriate documentation needed to facilitate order.
Logs licensing quotes and uses appropriate follow up procedure.
Effectively utilizes corporate resources for optimum customer service.
Acts as liaison to Customers, Sales, Product Marketing, Credit, Vendor Dropship, and Vendors to ensure shipment of product and proper billing to customer.
Participates in vendor sponsored and corporate sponsored training specific to Licensing.
Processes License Resend requests.
Utilizes all corporate resources to resolve issues/ problems with orders.
Performs additional duties as assigned

Minimum of 6 months experience in Software Licensing role
Able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Fluent in English
