Job Summary

Kainos seeks a skilled EDM Consultant to implement and configure Employee Document Management application for Workday for global customers. The ideal candidate will have strong customer focus, excellent communication skills, and experience with Workday products.

• Very good understanding of Workday products either/or HCM/Reporting/Recruiting as well as any specialist Capability.
• Very good customer focus with experience in a customer-facing consulting environment able to understand customer needs build relationships and escalate issues when necessary clear effective communicator able to communicate with customers colleagues credibility empathy including remote working situations-
• Good commercial awareness sound project business dynamics consulting skills presenting participating workshops explaining functionality solutions customers apply relevant standards procedures maintain high quality accuracy attention detail aware importance confidentiality non-disclosure policies agreements ensures security information at all times
