Short Description:

You will support a high-growth tech startup's marketing area, being part of a creative design team and helping achieve the company's marketing objectives.

Three Core Skills:

Compensation:
Competitive salary in USD ($1,500 - $2,000/month)

• Responsibilities:_
• Define and create a visual language as an extension of the brand (illustrations, icons, colors, typography, animations, etc.)
• Continually iterate on concepts in an effort to make the brand relevant and relatable to our audience(s).
• Collaborate with Content Marketing, and others, to establish a clear and concise brand voice, tone, and personality.
• Collaborate with UX Design to create and maintain a cohesive and consistent brand experience between Marketing and Product.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to identify the problems and business goals that your designs will address.
• Create impactful and highly realistic productfocused visuals.
• Design/Illustrate assets for different browsers. Responsive design is required.
• Be an advocate for consistent and cohesive design throughout the company.
• Strong ability to prioritize work and resources across various projects.
• Qualifications:_
• Fluent written and conversational English
• Bachelor in Graphic Design or related Design and Marketing field.
• 57 years of design experience working in a tech or creative agency.
• Available portfolio of inmarket examples of successful user interface design, creative synthesis and storytelling skills, design thinking, and agile approach to problemsolving.
• Proficiency in Figma, and Adobe CC (Webflow a plus).
• Skilled in UI layout design, hierarchy, color theory, and information architecture.
• Excellent communicator and storyteller who is able to present ideas and specifications concisely to a broad range of team members and clients.
• Experience with the entire design life cycle from setting up, deconstructing, and executing complex problems through elegant solutions.
• Experience working in a fastpaced agile environment.
• Willingness to work across different time zones.
• Extras:_
• Familiarity with print merchandising or ecommerce industries.
• 3D modeling using tools like Blender.
• Experience in developing and evolving design systems.
