The Position

In this role you are going to be contribute to maximize our reach and frequency throughout of our Multichannel Engagement strategy with all key stakeholders and adopt new trends in the industry, boosting digital transformation.

Responsibilities:

Promote a digital mindset in the organization, streamlining the digitalization of commercial interactions
Ensures governance, development, coordination, alignment & synergies of customer facing digital & multichannel strategies, ensuring appropriate performance indicators & follow up of multichannel strategies to secure return on the investment
Healthcare professional and patientcentric approach: Customeroriented, innovative, crosscollaborative and highperforming team member capable of implementing compelling initiatives with agility, speed, project management and focus on internal and external customer's needs
Lead implementation of the MCE strategy across multiple channels and platforms to cater to customers' needs with the right content, through the right channels at their convenience
Implement the content strategy of the digital actives with the support of cross functional team to improve customer experience

Qualifications:

Academic Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or similar
At least 1 or 2 years of experience in a similar position or digital roles, marketing, communications, or public relations roles working with digital channels
Desirable knowledge and experience in Argentinean healthcare and pharmaceutical environment
Spanish fluent and English intermediate
Proven ability in project management and flawless track of implementation; Knowledge on digital marketing, digital channels, CRMs, mobile, social media, adds strategy and content generation
