Come be part of the Product Solutions department of ExxonMobil Business Support Center Argentina S.R.L.

ExxonMobil at our Global Business Center (GBC) in Buenos Aires, with more than 18 years of presence in the country and a workforce of more than 2800 employees, that provides support to an extensive portfolio of businesses across the globe.

Our offices are located at Catalinas and Puerto Madero areas.


What role you will play in our team:
Support and facilitate Mobil's Commercial sector services offer development and Mobil's Commercial Marketing internal venture capital process (SIP)


What you will do:


  • Digging in to foster / lead the development of new customer offers representing Mobil Services.
  • Working with visionary people who, with your help, will set the vision for the future in Mobil Services
  • Stretch yourself and learn lots of new things like how to market an offer, how to work in an agile EMIT environment, how to explore and derisk an offer development, how to work with 3P vendors to jointly bring an offer to life, how to design the end user experience across all touch points of the offer,


If you like to build novel customer offers that will add value to both customers and to Mobil, try this role.

The most interesting part of the role is watching offers you've worked so hard on come to life and become something the Sales organization talks to customers about.

If you enjoy challenges, this role will give you the possibility of understanding:


  • Project management skills
  • Stewardship skills (for all projects under the SIP program
  • The importance of Design Thinking and User Centered design
  • You must preserver during the inevitable difficulties with starting up novel concepts / offers
  • What Marketing groups around the world think and need from the global team
  • What it is like to stand up a 'baby business' within EM (via coordination with many support teams like MBU marketing and sales, Law, Controllers, Procurement, Business Enablement, BPI, etc.
