What you will do:


Employee administration:


  • Manage all people's administrative activities and transactions. Serve as a link with HR Operations, My HR, etc.
  • Guarantee Workday accuracy and ability to generate all kinds of people transations in WD.
  • Monitor transaction compliance with all government offices (AFIP, ANSES, Labor Ministry, Union, SRT, etc).
  • Lead government, union visits & audits.
  • Gather data & generate reports to outside counsel when required to answer lawsuits.
  • Serve as the main point of contact with employees to answer simple questions about daily administrative issues.

Payroll:


  • Generate monthly reports so that outside payroll vendors can generate payroll.
  • Audit payroll vendor.
  • Generate monthly payroll reports for government agencies, insurance vendors, etc.

Management support:


  • Support HR country lead in all administrative activities required.
  • Generate HR reports, org charts and organize people meetings and business trips as required.

What you will need:


  • Graduated in HR career.
  • Relevant experience at multinational companies.
  • Upper intermediate level of English.
  • Excellent level of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
  • Knowledge of Workday (desired).
