We are currently looking for a
Service Desk Agent to work as part of a team of a leading American multinational pharmaceutical company.

What you ́ll do?

People that are organized, proactive, reliable, and results-driven initiative, with excellent customer service and communication skills.
You should be proficient in Spanish and Portuguese.

Key Responsibilities:

Service Desk support for retail chain employees.
Resetting/Unlocking of passwords.
System restoration.
Requests for new users.
Requests for new equipment.
Assistance for cameras and store sound.

Necessary skills and experience required:

years of work experience as a Service Desk or Call Center team.

Is desirable but not exclusive, proficient in CRMs and Service Desk/Contact Center tools (Service Now, Avaya CMS Supervisor, NICE, etc).

Excellent communication in both Spanish and Portuguese.

Strong organizational skills, comfortable managing multiple competing priorities.
Able to adapt quickly in a rapidly changing environment.
Goal and resultoriented mindset.

Work model:
Full Time, hybrid mode (4 days at home, 1 at the office, on Tuesday)
