We are currently looking for a
Service Desk Agent to work as part of a team of a leading American multinational pharmaceutical company.
What you ́ll do?

You should be proficient in Spanish and Portuguese.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service Desk support for retail chain employees.
- Resetting/Unlocking of passwords.
- System restoration.
- Requests for new users.
- Requests for new equipment.
- Assistance for cameras and store sound.
Necessary skills and experience required:
years of work experience as a Service Desk or Call Center team.
- Is desirable but not exclusive, proficient in CRMs and Service Desk/Contact Center tools (Service Now, Avaya CMS Supervisor, NICE, etc).
Excellent communication in both Spanish and Portuguese.
- Strong organizational skills, comfortable managing multiple competing priorities.
- Able to adapt quickly in a rapidly changing environment.
- Goal and resultoriented mindset.

Work model:
Full Time, hybrid mode (4 days at home, 1 at the office, on Tuesday)
