- Examine economic and market trends and conditions that affect the company and develop strategies to take full advantage of any changing circumstances
- Have long-term strategic thinking to explain and transmit the targets & strategy to customers, peers and management
- Develop accounts and be accountable for specification and sales development. Plan a week, a month, a year in accordance with the strategy
- Able to influence internal and external stakeholders around the strategy while understanding external stakeholders' pain points and trends to adjust it if need be
- Develop senior relationship contacts within the customer's organization to drive the execution of the account's strategy
- Apply product and application knowledge to be able to address the 80/20 of customer questions in confidence and without requiring the support of back-office functions
- Identify, understand and deliver high level system selling value proposition; sell a solution and a product
- Bachelor ́s Degree in Engineering. Other careers only if they have Energy & Industry experience in the field/with related customers. Principal customers are in the areas of Onshore, Power, Energy, Mining (gold, copper and lithium)
- English Intermediate or higher is required
- Sales strategy creation and follow up experience is required, self-driven and working autonomously create his/her own planning and tasks to reach the targets.
- Communication skills to create trust through active listening, influencing without authority, negotiation skills
- Senior relationship management skills to be capable and confident while speaking to senior and C-level customers
- Team leadership experience is a plus
