The Asset Movement Team is responsible for the processing of all internal and external transactions mainly related to Asset Wealth Management clients.

These functions include collateral movements review and verification, validation and correction.

The Asset Movement Team is divided in 3 locations New Jersey, Delaware and Buenos Aires.


Responsibilities:


  • Review and approve daily collateral movements out of Brokerage Accounts.
  • Processing of Non-Managed and Managed Journals (internal transfers).
  • Review and processing of all systematic requests.
  • Handling of Inquiries and escalations.
  • Delivery of assets to external firms, both US based and foreign markets.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Ability to work in a client focused fast paced deadline driven environment with an emphasis on risk mitigation, accuracy and efficiency.
  • Able to deal with deadlines to meet the daily cut offs.
  • Team player.
  • Innovation and dynamic mindset. Experience in leading projects, process improvements and automations.
  • Client/customer focus. Always prioritize clients' needs by trying to solve issues as soon as detected to avoid delays in processing.
