Responsibilities:

Who are you?

Do you have a background, experience or pure passion for health and wellness? Do you get excited about data and problem solving? Virgin Pulse is looking for a Data Operations Specialist on the Client Operations team to handle the initial setup and automation of data file transfers as well as monitor data file transfer performance to proactively identify and resolve issues.

In this role you will wear many hats, but your knowledge will be essential in the following:

Maintain a strong working knowledge of Virgin Pulse products.
Maintain a strong working knowledge of Virgin Pulse data file transfer capabilities and protocols.
Work with clients and vendors to setup, test and automate EFT connections.
Document agreed upon requirements for all EFT connections.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with EFT connections in a timely manner.
Monitor data file transfer performance to proactively identify file processing issues, file transfer errors and missing files.
Communicate issues to the appropriate internal teams and/or external file contacts as needed.
Respond to and resolve routine requests and questions.
Develop, implement, and enhance processes to drive overall performance of file transfers.
Perform additional duties as requested

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business/Statistics/Information Science, or equivalent, in related discipline.
35 years of professional work experience in data management, information systems.
Willingness to learn new EFT and monitoring tools.
Strong knowledge of MS Office suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project.
Experience with GlobalScape, MOVEIt and AWS preferred.
