**How you will contribute to our magical experience?: **The Sr Analyst will provide support to the Production teams, ensuring all media, worldwide and perpetuity rights for all the produced content, including the development, for Disney+ and Star+. This is accomplished by supervising the signature and the delivery of all the required documentation for each show, including the negotiation of key agreements.


The Sr Analyst will be responsible for:

  • Foster strong working relationships with each Production Company.
  • Supervision of Main Cast and Secondary talents negotiations.
  • Production Services Contract Tracking, ensuring that all services are provided under our legal framework, required insurances, etc.
  • Monitoring of Short Content Production Contracts of assigned projects (eg. Music videos, Behind the Scenes, etc.)
  • Point Person on rights or promotional material queries, attending Marketing and Press needs.
  • Followup Key Vendors Contracts of assigned projects (Choreographer, Designers) Attend Production Company site visits and/or other applicable locations with Content team.
  • Serve as the connection to Legal/Business Affairs team especially during the contracting process and when applicable during the production.
  • Constant contact with different LOBs, not only in Latin America but also in Europe and US, as point person for the confirmation of images, music and/or objects rights from our local productions
  • Troubleshoot any risk assessment situations with production companies related to insurance policies, security, compliance, releases, rights waivers, credits, etc.

What we need from you to be part of this story:

  • Experience working with productions companies or related fields (desired).
  • Advanced level of English.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with stakeholder management.
  • Strong analytical mindset and detailed oriented.
