    The Coca-Cola Company is known for its refreshing beverages and inclusive environment, and we are looking to add a dedicated Automation Engineer to our team. This role will suit an experienced candidate with expertise in automation and digitization, as they will play an integral role in our Industry 4.0 roadmap. The successful candidate will oversee automation capital investments, work closely with suppliers and support our maintenance team with strict attention to precise execution and timelines.

    What You'll Do For Us

    • Managing, planning, executing, and controlling the automation capital investments to ensure they meet company requirements and adhere to the proposed budget and timeline.
    • Ensuring safe and optimal functioning of the shop floor network and automated lines.
    • Delivering high-level automation technical expertise to the plant and all automation stakeholders.
    • Assisting in the development of the training capability plan for the plant.
    • Supervising commissioning and validation processes for adherence to building and process design.
    • Collaborating cross-departmentally on Automation and Digitization initiatives.
    • Leading bidding processes relating to Capex Management.

    What Are the Qualifications Needed

    • A University/Bachelor's Degree in Automation, Electronics or Robotics Engineering.
    • At least 3 years of previous experience in automation and instrumentation roles within industrial plants.
    • Excellent communication skills to explain complex technical ideas to colleagues and stakeholders.
    • Proven ability to find innovative solutions, implementing new technologies to boost productivity.
    • A track record of effective decision making, particularly in the areas of automation, digitization and supplier management.
