Explore-Share, an online booking platform for guided adventures around the world, is looking for an
Operation Executive to join its team.

The platform lists more than 13,000 outdoor trips in more than 100 countries, all of them led by over 2,000 local certified guides.

Our team is based all over the world, mainly in Buenos Aires and Brussels.
At Explore-Share we believe outdoor adventures enrich people's lives and that professional local guides help make these experiences unique.

Explore-share is growing and we are hiring an
Operation Executive to help us define operational priorities and improve processes within the company.

Tasks:

Optimize operational processes: Review and improve Explore-Share's operational processes, including booking, guide onboarding, tour description improvements and administration. Automate routine tasks to boost efficiency and productivity.
Drive datadriven decisionmaking: Help Explore-Share become datadriven by analyzing tools and new technologies like AI to optimize processes. Define priorities at every level and create reports to track key metrics.
Lead the content team: Define priorities for new tour descriptions, category pages, and blog posts to boost organic traffic. Manage SEOrelated projects and track performance.
Other tasks as needed: Support Explore-Share's growth and success by taking on additional tasks as required.

Mandatory requirements:

Engineering background
Proficient in English and Spanish
Solutionoriented with a focus on results
Experience with growth hacking projects and lean/bootstrapping solutions
Skilled in data analysis and interpretation
Knowledge of process automation tools and calculation/statistics/analysis tools (e.g. Excel, Google Analytics)
Fulltime availability and reliable internet connection

Desirable requirements:

Experience with SEO projects
Familiarity with web architecture and UX/UI design
Basic coding skills
Passion for nature, adventure and travel
