Asesor/a de Servicios para sumarse al concesionario oficial de Volvo, ubicado en Grand Bourg, Buenos Aires.

La misión del puesto es coordinar y ejecutar todos los procesos de ingreso de unidades (camiones o buses), que se originan a partir de las diversas necesidades expuestas por el cliente, garantizando que se cumplan los estándares de calidad Volvo, con el fin de contribuir a ser percibidos como líderes en imagen, calidad y satisfacción al cliente


Sus principales responsabilidades serán:

• Atender las necesidades del cliente.
• Recibir la unidad y entregarla reparada de manera óptima.
• Controlar el presupuesto que recibe del taller, chequear estado crediticio y posible financiación (cuentas a cobrar), negociar y facturar.
• Atención al cliente, asesoramiento sobre los trabajos a realizar en el taller y posibles reparaciones.
• Cumplimiento de los procesos y normas internas, ISO & VPS.
• Colaborar con la cobranza.
• Proactividad en la búsqueda de nuevos clientes. Analizar históricos de atención en el dealer y buscar clientes perdidos.
