These are some of the activities you will be responsible for:

  • Governance and Reporting


Business Control Committees (BCC), Business Control Forums (BCF) and related meetings: Responsible for the overall meeting administration which includes production, collection, and distribution of the materials, report creation; data quality review, and meeting logistics.


  • Operational Risk and Control System
Issue, Action Plans &

Risk Events:
Manage the full lifecycle of an operational issue, action plan and risk events in the Operational Risk System. Timely identification, escalation and recording of operational errors.

Ensure CIB risk event standards are in compliance, track progress to ensure timely closure after obtaining appropriate evidence, escalate potential delays, and obtain approval for extensions.


  • Front Office Supervision
Affirmation of conduct metrics by

Senior Business Executives:

Maintenance of the tool used by Senior Business Heads to review and affirm the conduct and behavioral metrics of traders/sales, ensuring employees are accurately assigned to their respective manager.

Metrics elaboration and analysis. Track and maintain evidence of business executive attestation and supervisor sign-off monitoring.

  • Control Over deal Lifecycle

Deal lifecycle Control & Management:
Maintenance of the tool used by Senior Business Heads to record deal workflow and documentation repository. Metrics elaboration and analysis. Track and maintain evidence of business follow of the correct procedure and avoidance of reputational damage breaks.


What do we ask for this position?

  • Bachelor Degree or Advanced Student
  • Fluent in English. Excellent communication skills. Ability to interact with Senior Management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Control Mindset
  • Key focus on attention to detail
  • Knowledge on analytics & Tableau use
  • Strong team player
  • Exceptional organizational and followup skills
  • Strong problem solving and reengineering skills
  • Work under pressure with tight timelines
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities as well as multitask
  • Financial background is desire but not mandatory
