    Your New Role

  • Operational continuity of generation, compression, and transmission for all required feeds
  • Supporting all live feeds, Live events, early detecting, solving, and reporting on air impacts
  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving for all tickets and emergency calls generated by BOC and other teams
  • Qualifications & Experience

  • Ability to learn new systems and level 1 support task
  • General knowledge of Generation, Compression and Transmission
  • Intermediate level of English
  • Ability to Interact with internal and external teams
  • Above average skills in Team work
  • General knowledge of Video Protocols and systems
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office and similar tools
  • Experience in Problem solving under pressure
  • Degree or equivalent experience in Communications / Electronic Engineer
  • Experience in Transmission Operation Center
  • General knowledge of Professional Video broadcast service
  • General knowledge of Satellite Transmission
