The Legal Department of JPMorgan Chase & Co is responsible for the provision of legal services to the Corporation and is organized by practice groups that generally align with the Corporation's lines of business and corporate staff areas.

We are currently hiring a highly skilled lawyer for US Macro Markets & Sales.

Responsibilities will include drafting, discussing and advising on the full range of documentation relating to derivatives (including ISDA Master Agreements, futures documentation, clearing documentation and collateral documentation) and will assist the front office on structuring foreign exchange and derivatives transactions and on regulatory requirements relating to derivatives.

You will join a successful, well established team of professionals, and will be provided with extensive training upon joining followed by continued on the job support when needed.


The required qualifications are:

Must have at least 3 years of relevant experience

Prior experience with derivatives preferred

Excellent writing skills, strong attention to detail

Polished verbal and written communication skills; strong interpersonal skills

Ability to manage projects and work independently

Team player, confident and proactive
