Your day to day:

  • Facilitate a memorable and desired employee and manager experience throughout the full employee lifecycle by being the primary point of contact for HR requests.
  • Respond in a timely manner to employee inquiries and questions regarding HR Guidelines, and general company policy questions.
  • Work closely with affiliates under scope demonstrating working knowledge of Local Market policies and specifics to provide guidance to employees and managers on endtoend resolution of both common and difficult requests.
  • Ensure a robust knowledge management strategy, maintaining working instructions updated, training and onboarding new hires to guarantee knowledge continuance.
  • Train and advise customers and internal stakeholders on P&C processes and systems
  • Accurately maintain HR data in SAP ensuring that employee's information is properly updated.
  • Provide support services for employment lifecycle activities with a high degree of accuracy and customer satisfaction, balancing employee and manager advocacy and business operating needs.
  • Participate in projects to bring HR Shared Services point of view and recommendations
  • Provide input to support process mapping, process improvements and documentation to ensure consistent, efficient and accurate services are being provided.
  • Liaise and partner with other HR functional areas to support and ensure proper execution of programs and projects.
  • Support internal audit requirements and practices, maintaining employee files in compliance with all laws and regulations and presenting audit findings with documented evidence
  • Ensure Data Life Cycle Management activities such as Data Quality audits, Data cleansing and Data enrichment
  • Manage priorities and effectively adjust based on volume and business necessity, engaging with management for guidance or approvals.

Who we're looking for:

  • College/University or during HR or related studies (Psychology, Administration, etc.)
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese are required
- + 2 Years' regional or global experience and/or working in a Shared Service center.

  • Computer skills, including MS Office
  • SAP knowledge is an asset.
  • Teamwork and customer service focus.
  • Sound judgmental at protecting sensitive materials and confidential information.
  • Proactively seeking for improvement opportunities.
  • A strong team player.
  • Being capable of taking a step back to look at a bigger picture.
  • Enjoy analyzing and solving problems.
  • Excellent communications skills.
  • Being flexible.
  • Hybrid position (2 days in person, 3 days working from home).
