Role responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with the Platform Leadership Team (Engineering, Product Management, Customer Experience and Data) to design the Platform reporting suite available to all stakeholders regardless of geography or insurance product line
  • Collaborate with US Stakeholders (Underwriting, Marketing, Partnership, Claims) to design the required domestic reporting suite and help foster data literacy across the Team.
  • Work in partnership with stakeholders from various functional areas to understand their business intelligence needs and advance their ideas with your own suggestions, recommendations and best practices.
  • Perform analysis on various data sets to understand how different user interactions are reflected in our data marts.
  • Create & automate repeatable data solutions, such as reports or visualizations, using SQL, SSRS, PowerBI, Excel, Python and other tools.

Qualifications for the role:


  • 3+ years experience in analytics, business intelligence, data science and/or data engineering
  • Highly organized, with demonstrated attention to detail
  • Able to creatively analyze and produce insights, while balancing both the fine details of our data and the larger business objectives of the team
  • Independently able to gather high level & detailed stakeholder requirements
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Interest in learning about the Insurance Industry
