GP Strategies Argentina is seeking for a
Product Expert.

Work scheme:
Hybrid.

This professional will provide product knowledge and expertise to potential clients, from retail to institutional. Provide support for any product marketing campaign and/or Client's internal planned activities.


Main Activities:


  • Being able to show and explain, both virtually and in presence, all main specs for an assortment of vehicles models, including all ranges of trim configuration.
  • Having clear and above average knowledge about how a vehicle works and being able to provide the expertise to clients.
  • Must have constant twoway communication between dealers and the brand to forward information.
  • Must be able to have an excellent relationship and communication with clients. Both verbal and written.
  • To follow and give advice and solution to inquiries from the clients.
  • To be able to manage tight schedules and timeframes.
  • To be able to manage and organize daily data.
  • Being able to adapt to short notice changes, in organization, knowledge and working environment.
  • To have quick learning and information analysis skills.

Requirements:


  • Two (2) years' experience in sales, aftersales or automotive.
  • Experience working with customer service or dealing with public.
  • High level of interpersonal relationship for account management with dealers and others involved on the operational side.
  • Excellent communicative skill, both verbal and written.
  • Service attitude. an proactive.
  • Able to do general analysis.
  • English knowledge desirable (taken to be a differential)
  • Soft skills around Microsoft's Suite.
