Job Title: Software Development Engineer

Job Summary

We are working on the development of new digital channels for one of the most important banking institutions in Argentina.

The project is based on a cutting-edge banking software product from one of the world's leading global providers in the financial technology industry.

Our team is multidisciplinary and collaborative, working with agile methodologies to ensure continuous improvement and fast delivery.

With over 30 professionals already onboard, we're looking for passionate individuals who want to be part of something big—contributing their expertise, learning from experienced teammates, and growing together as a team.

Requirements

3+ years of Software Development experience.

3 year development in JAVA / JEE with Spring framework, Spring Boot, Microservices, Kubernetes, Services API rest, Json.

Working knowledge of Java 8, Spring Boot, Microservices and Kubernetes.

Good attitude and willing to learn new technology.

Good communication skills and excellent ability to adapt to changes.

Experience working in an agile scrum environment is a plus.

Nice to Have

Pattern event driven / kafka topics.

OpenShift.

Security patterns related to Java, JUnit (unit tests development), quality tests.

Maven – Jenkins.

Experience in Banking / Fintech projects.

Job Responsibilities

Development of Microservices for the Bank's new digital channels, with good practices and quality guidelines.

Collaborate with the Scrum team to meet each Sprint's objectives.

Build back-end application functionality within a dynamic agile scrum environment.

Collaboration with the different areas and profiles of the project.
