Job duties and Responsibilities:

Knowledge of prevention of money laundering and financing of terrorism (PLD-FT) due diligence, KYC, KYB, KYT, PEP and sanctioned and FATF recommendations.
Ability to analyze information, solve problems and make decisions based on limited information.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize and follow up on numerous transaction alerts in dynamic scenarios.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a team and ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
Review and analysis of supporting documentation from clients and related third parties, in compliance with current regulations (local, international and corporate)
Carry out the analysis and treatment of alerts generated by the system.
Assist the MLRO in responding to internal and external audit requirements (CNV, BCRA and UIF control bodies, counterparties, banks).

Experience and Qualifications:

Experience in a Fintech or financial institution in a transactional monitoring team (preferably in a payments fintech or authorized payments institution), or in a fastgrowing tech startup.
Familiarity with FATF (GAFI) recommendations.
Intermediateadvanced level of Excel.
Minimum experience in Power BI and SQL queries.
Certifications such as ACAMS, FIBA are desirable but not essential.
