- 3+ years of professional experience on SSFF Employee Central and a Bachelor of Science or equivalent degree in computer science or related area of study.
- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification.
- Experience in SAP SuccessFactors improvements and incidents: Customizations in Standard Objects (JobInfo, CompInfo, GlobalInfo) Customizations in MDF Objects Business Rules Setup (Creation/Maintenance)
- Configure Organization Structures and Payments (HR Area, HR Sub-area, Rubric, WorkFlow)
- Configure PickList (picklist)
- Configure User Interface Experience with Object Loads (import and export data)
- Configure Integrations in the "Integration Center" Creation and maintenance of different types of Reports (Screen, Table, Block and Panel)
- Experience with PROVISIONING.
