    ABOUT THE ROLE

    We are looking for 2 experienced SAP Project Manager for an America-wide project, one for the South American region (SOLA - Located in Buenos Aires) and one for North America (NOLA - Located in Mexico City).

    Role & Responsibilities:

  • Support clients transformation strategy.
  • Report to Program manager and stakeholders on the status of the project execution
  • Monitor progress and ensures all tasks are executed within the timeline.
  • Participate in summary briefs.
  • Prepare and share the project status, risks, and gaps.
  • Works actively with Business owners and stream leads to ensure resource allocation and capacity planning for the project.
  • Report risks and gaps actively to the Program Lead and participates in risk management.
  • Accountable and responsible for the timely execution of deliverables
  • Manage customers expectations.

    • Experience:

  • Minimum of 15 years experience in SAP project management
  • Minimum 3 entire lifecycles in an international context (multi-country).

    • Essential Qualifications :

  • Have experience in Pharma project implementation.
  • Position primarily on-site: Mexico City (NOLA) or Buenos Aires (SOLA)
  • Ability to travel to Colombia every 2 months.
  • Autonomous and ability to drive projects in multi-country environments.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks.
  • Must demonstrate ownership and leadership in a project from design to execution.
  • Must have Core Model and Roll Outimplementation experience.
  • Must have excellent communication to face business stakeholders and C executives.
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish
