Introduction

Your Role and Responsibilities

In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world.

Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

This role specializes in performing and enabling remote technical support of IBM software, hardware, and solutions. Provides technical support assistance to customers and IBM Field Support (SSR) through technical expertise in problem source identification/problem determination. Uses technical and negotiation skills in collaboration with other support organizations/operations to prioritize and diagnose issues until resolution. Communicate action plans to customer or IBM representative accordingly. Recommends and implements new features or enhancements to existing support tools, procedures, and processes. You can perform training and mentoring tasks in the team. Contributes to the achievement of organizational objectives by the department and to high customer satisfaction.
