We are currently looking for a
Process Consultant to work a global multidisciplinary high performance team.


What you ́ll do?
You will be part of a global team, and a leading U.S company specializing in technology.

You will be the person in charge of driving a Service Desk processes for the operations planning to maximize the area performance and productivity.

People with initiative and responsibility, who have good diction and excellent treatment with the client. We will assess those who have a technical profile or related experience in the role.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead processes transformation and tools continuous improvements to optimize productivity
  • Communicate project status, process standards and changes, and issues to workarounds, clearly to business and operations support team
  • Collaborate with operational teams and business stakeholders to gather business requirements, supporting the design of new or improved processes of moderate complexity, and understand business/customer impacts
  • Analyze performance and productivity data and assist in preparing slides for QBRs, or other Support/leadership presentations

Necessary skills and experience required:


  • Process Specialist with 6+ years of experience in business change and full scope project management skills.
  • Experience driving Service Desk Process from initiation to closing.
  • Able to work in a fastpaced environment with changing priorities.
  • Strong Communicational and Great Documentation skills
  • Experience with Six Sygma.
  • Advanced Level of English
