Payoneer is looking for an energetic and ambitious
Affiliates and Partnerships Manager in Latin America - based in Buenos Aires - who takes ownership to the highest level, can learn quickly in a fast-paced environment and to grow new and existing partner accounts through effective executive engagement.

You will drive new partners, manage an existing portfolio, and handle the end-to-end partner management in collaboration with other team members.

Working in a dynamic business environment, you will be responsible for identifying and collaborating with the potential partners to drive acquisition and expansion of Payoneer reach.


What you'll do:


  • Build and grow a strong network of partners and affiliates to utilize Payoneer's platform and products; commercial cards, sending and receiving of payments
  • Uncover new verticals.
  • Build partnerships and relationships that drives acquisition of clients across numerous verticals, eg, Knowledge Based Services, Remote Working, Ecommerce, Fintech, and Advertising
  • Contribute strategic depth in driving business analysis and market development activities in the region
  • Represent Payoneer at partner events and industry shows

What we're looking for:


  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in business administration or engineering
  • 5+ years of experience in business development or partnerships
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Experience in data analysis, deal making, partnerships, managing relationships and creating new opportunities.
  • Strategic thinking and independent thought coupled with ability to drive business endtoend and execute
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent quantitative skills to quickly and accurately analyze complex information / data to draw conclusions and insights in clear written and oral communications
  • Flexibility to travel

Not a must but a great advantage:

  • Experience in Fintech, payments, foreign exchange
  • Knowledge of growth hacking tactics
  • Portuguese speaking
