- Resolver problemas del cliente
- Punto focal de CX y seguimiento de acciones para mejora.
- Manejo de Costos y Contratos.
- Trabajar con el equipo de ventas y preventa, para la detección de nuevas soluciones y/o servicios.
- Garantizar que el contrato se cumple correctamente, asegurando que las áreas que dan el servicio cumplan en tiempo y forma acorde a lo contratado. Crear una experiencia positiva para los clientes
