About the team


Digital Finance Transformation (DFT) team is executing on the Global Finance administration strategy and contributing to SAP overall strategy goals.

What you'll do:


Position title:
SAP iXp Intern - GFA COO Strategy & Transformation

Location:
Buenos Aires, Argentina - Hybrid

Support the DFT team with PMO activities to successfully run our strategy execution


Among others:

  • Support the preparation of Quarterly Strategy Reviews including:
  • maintenance of DFT goal management tool (dashboards, status reports, etc),
- preparation of various reports & presentation decks
- meetings / workshops set up and tracking & maintenance of action items

  • Support creating / maintaining team assets in MS teams / SharePoint
  • Support the creation & maintenance of DFT documentation and guidelines.

Who you are:

We're looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious.

  • Current student in Administration, Accounting, Engineering or Systems careers. To graduate end of 2024 or later
  • Proficient in English, PowerPoint & Excel
  • Soft skills: Proactive, able to work independently. Highly motivated and accustomed to work remotely (mostly from home office) and with colleagues located in other time zones
  • Knowledge in the following is a plus (not mandatory): MS Teams, SharePoint, Project management tools (i.e., JIRA)
