- Ejecutar y supervisar los planes de producción semanales.
- Actuar como Back Up del coordinador de turno de mañana.
- Coordinar y dirigir las tareas diarias de producción.
- Verificar el cumplimiento de estándares en el Sistema de Gestión Integrado.
- Gestionar el stock y las compras de materiales secundarios.
- Apoyar el uso y ejecución de herramientas de Excelencia Operacional.
- Contribuir activamente a los procesos de Mejora Continua.
- Mantener el orden y la limpieza en las áreas de trabajo.
- Administrar y monitorear los inventarios y ejecutar acciones correctivas si es necesario.
- Manejar y asegurar el cumplimiento de normativas de higiene, seguridad y GMPs.
- Identificar y gestionar riesgos relacionados con la seguridad, calidad y medio ambiente.
- 3 a 5 años de experiencia en Producción, de preferencia en alimentos, bebidas o farmacéutica.
- Conocimientos en GMPs, Excelencia Operacional, Calidad, Seguridad y Mejora Continua.
- Conocimiento de Office, Power BI y SAP.
- Capacidad para la toma de decisiones y liderazgo indirecto.
- Educación Secundaria completa, preferentemente Técnico.
- Fuerte orientación a resultados, con excelente comunicación y atención al detalle.
- Habilidades para coordinar equipos y trabajar con estándares.
- Capacidad para la resolución de problemas e implementación de ideas innovadoras.
- Participación activa en el abastecimiento y ofrecimiento de productos sin defectos.
- Colaboración con diversos departamentos y actores clave dentro de Coca-Cola.
- Horario de trabajo: Lunes a viernes de 12 a 21 hs (100% presencial)
- No se requiere disponibilidad para viajar.
