We are hiring the best talent for a Strategic Commercial Leader to be located in Cordoba City, Argentina. (Relocation not applicable).


Purpose:


The Strategic Commercial Leader represents the entire range of J&J Medical products and services and is responsible for achieving sales quota and will develop, lead, and implement the strategic account plan in line with the Johnson & Johnson Med Tech Commercial Strategy.


Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Your role will require you to build indepth understanding of 'targeted account' customers in order to match appropriate J&J Med Tech offerings and develop mutually beneficial solutions.
  • You are required to build strong relationships with a broad range of key stakeholders within and outside of the theatre environment to secure longterm sales growth for J&J Medical devices. You will be required to take ownership of the nonclinical stakeholder mapping and engagement in 'target accounts' and understand the internal politics to drive the strategic direction. Moreover, you will be required to develop relationships with key Institutional stakeholders.
  • You are required to drive J&J customer interaction to maximize our potential in a changing market environment and you must articulate and sell the J&J Med Tech value proposition tailored to strategic accounts to develop long term partnership agreements and you will be leading the customer account planning cycle ensuring that customers' needs, and expectations are met.
  • You are required to set up and lead the Integrated Account Team, working closely with the sales organizations across J&J, with the Strategic Solutions department
  • You must strategically coordinate internal resources to deliver appropriate Value-Added Solutions for allocated target accounts.
  • Collaboration with internal stakeholders is essential, to deliver solutions to customers including Health Economics and Reimbursement, Healthcare Compliance and Legal.
  • Continuous feedback of environmental knowledge, market intelligence and sales opportunities to sales and marketing colleagues is a key to success in the role.
  • You need to keep up to date with areas such as market trends and in particular focus on changes in policy changes, and healthcare hubs which may affect the implementation of the J&J Commercial Strategy.
  • You will have full ownership of your accounts and meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives.

Qualifications:


Qualifications

  • Required Education Level: Bachelor's degree.
  • Years of experience: at least 2 years of experience in commercial roles.
  • Extensive knowledge of the healthcare industry. Medical Devices experience will be highly appreciated.
  • Required languages: English (intermediate level).
  • Proven leadership ability, excellent influencing skills and strong conflict management experience
  • Strong business acumen, commercial and people management experience.
  • Negotiation, Influencing, Project Management, Presentation and Firstclass communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage complexity & thrives in uncertain/ambiguous circumstances.
  • Ability to connect and effectively collaborate across a diverse group of business stakeholders in a highly matrixed environment.
  • Self
- awareness, adaptability, creativity, and mental toughness.

  • Percentage of trips: 25% of national trips per year.
  • Current Driver ́s Registration Requirements.
