Description:

Requirements:

Strong knowledge of automation and performance testing best practices and methodologies.
Experience with various automation and performance tools (e.g. Selenium, Cucumber, Jenkins, TestNG, Git, SoupUI, Postman, JMeter, and/or LoadRunner).
Experience using modern testing methodologies including Agile, Scrum, CI/CD deployment methods
35 years of experience of testing in Agile companies/projects and demonstrated ability to work with distributed teams
Automated script design, coding, debugging and maintenance skills

Preferences:

Responsibilities:

Conduct system performance testing to ensure system reliability, capacity and scalability.
Work with the testing team to develop performance test plans and cases.
Analyze test results and coordinate with development teams on bug fixes.
Generate test summary reports for management review.
Analyze the root causes of performance issues and provide corrective actions.
Coach, mentor and provide assistance to junior team members as needed.
Suggest new tools and techniques to improve testing efficiency.
Develop automated test scenarios and environments for performance testing.
