    We are actively searching for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. This essential role is focused on customer acquisition and revenue growth, serving as the face of our company to prospective clients and playing a vital role in our organizations success.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Client Acquisition: Identify potential clients through research, networking, and cold-calling to grow a robust pipeline.
    Product Presentation: Deliver compelling presentations and demos to introduce our products/services to prospective clients.
    Sales Targets: Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
    Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers through effective communication and follow-ups.
    Market Analysis: Conduct market research to understand competitors and market trends, making data-driven recommendations.
    Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate contracts, terms, and prices with clients while sustaining profitable margins.
    Cross-Selling and Upselling: Identify opportunities for selling additional products or services to existing clients.
    Sales Reports: Generate and present regular reports on sales metrics, opportunities, and threats.
    Teamwork: Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to improve the overall customer experience and product offerings.

    Requirements


    Proven experience in sales:
    • 1+ years for Junior roles
    • 3+ years for Semi-Senior roles
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills English and Spanish.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to build rapport with customers.
    • Solid understanding of sales processes and techniques.
    • Exceptional negotiation skills and a high degree of self-motivation.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
    • Experience in marketing is a plus but not required.

    It would be appreciated:
    • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Proficient in using CRM software like Salesforce or HubSpot.
