    The opportunity

    The Implementation Staff plays a key role in executing various phases within an implementation project. This role is expected to anchor and collaborate with team members in setting up of implementation plan & metrics, regular monitoring of processes, ensuring controls are in place, risk analyses are performed for every process, adequate training of resources, establishing communication channels with various internal/ external teams for long terms' success.

    Your key responsibilities

  • Provide support on end-to-end implementation projects from across regions and businesses
  • Understanding the impact of scope changes and adjusts project plans and communicates accordingly
  • Working closely with Senior stakeholders to drive implementation, projects & change across the organization
  • Project management - process implementation, prepare project plan (both detailed & high level), volume ramp plan, Knowledge Transfer, communication plan, governance plan
  • Skills and attributes for success

  • Collaborative working style
  • Risk and issue management
  • Understanding of Tax/Finance process (preferred)
  • Sound knowledge on MS office suite
  • Power-BI and Macros (preferred)
  • To qualify for the role you must have

  • 1 - 2 years of overall experience
  • Client transition experience (preferred)
  • Industry Type: Finance (Tax/F&A), Banking
