Responsibilities:
Essential Responsibilities
- Virtual and physical files update / HR database administration.
- Support on recruitment, onboarding and offboarding processes "Employee Experience Cycle Management"
- Internal communication of policies and other notifications (HR Portals)
- Collaboration in the creation of Engagement initiatives.
- Benefits Administration.
- General and training events organization.
- Support in the management of hard HR processes (Ex: vacations)
- Payroll news report
Qualifications:
Profile:
Advanced student of HR, Labor Relations or related careers, oriented towards constant learning in a generalist role in the area, - Use of IT tools (mainly Excel) - Creative; good communication, analysis and organization skills.
Desired:
previous experience.
English language proficiency (Desired:
Fluent)
