- Partner with the Operations and Senior Management teams to identify staffing needs in PGLS's Foreign Language Instruction portfolio of services and develop job specifications, including duties, qualifications, and skills requirements.
- Devise and implement sourcing strategies to generate a robust candidate pipeline from various sources.
- Implement full life-cycle recruiting process to include sourcing, reviewing, screening, and identifying potential linguists, conducting interviews, performing reference checks, and administrating assessments.
- Cultivate a referral base, prospect via social media, mailing campaigns, and other means.
- Build network, attend recruiting functions (job fairs, community events, etc.) and research new avenues for recruiting.
- Maintain and update the recruiting database.
- Maintain job posts on PGLS website and refer new candidates to apply.
- Attend meetings to discuss updates/changes in contracts and processing.
- Assist with other projects as required, including the recruitment of other linguists (translators, interpreters, transcribers, etc.).
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
- Minimum four (4) years of experience in the language instruction industry and minimum one (1) year of recruitment experience.
- Knowledge of recruiting methodologies and strategies and ability to utilize recruitment best practices.
- Demonstrated success in a results-oriented, data-driven metrics environment.
- Excellent sourcing, interviewing, negotiating skills and proven track record of networking and relationship building.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to interface with management.
- Strong computer literacy in M/S Office and Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to work both individually and in a team environment.
- Creativity and proactive response to high-speed environment.
- Bilingual language skills and intercultural communication skills.
- Experience working with government agencies.
