Overview:
Seeking a proactive HR Assistant for Talent Acquisition, responsible for first screening calls, CV reviews, and aligning expectations with management.
Responsibilities:
- Review resumes and align profiles with organizational needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers on talent requirements.
- Maintain accurate records in the ATS.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven talent acquisition or HR support experience.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Working Conditions:
- 100% remote.
- Eastern Time (ET) working hours.
Compensation:
- Base Salary: $500 $600 USD per month to start.
