Description and Requirements:


Responsibilities:


  • Manage Account & Product budgets and measure effectiveness of use of funding provided to key accounts
  • Keep & Maintain detailed records of dollars earned vs dollars spent at an item level detail
  • Give weekly updates to Business and Sales team to show how much money they have left to spend for their products or accounts by spend type
  • Use Lenovo proprietary software to transfer budgets into Lenovo's financial system
  • Provide quarterly summaries to broader team with actuals vs planned spending
  • Provide quarterly trend report to identify areas of opportunity for more efficient ways of spending our dollars

Basic Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum 5 years of operational work experience with emphasis on analytics and business intelligence reporting.
  • Ability to manage budgets and other financial modeling.
  • Advanced data analysis skills through the usage of Microsoft Excel and other database tools.
  • Knowledge of and experience with querying data from structured systems for use in analysis. Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Must know how to use and build pivot tables, knowing how to build and write macros are a plus.
  • Energetic and creative problem solver. Highly organized and motivated selfstarter with the ability to drive multiple activities and meet deadlines.
