- Liderazgo, construcción y seguimiento de cada Business Plan a nivel regional.
- Reporting. Preparación de diversos materiales a ser presentados al Management Team local y regional (consolidación de financials a nivel regional; investor letter, entre otros).
- Estructuración de deuda. Dar soporte en la ejecución y análisis de instrumentos financieros (en mercado bancario y de capitales) que permitan hacer frente al crecimiento de la compañía.
- Análisis de compañías comparables, interactuando con equipo internacional.
- Análisis de oportunidades de M&A regional.
- Liderar proyectos de negocio que requieran el soporte del equipo de finanzas.
- 2/3 años de experiencia en investment banking, private equity, Big 4 o áreas financieras de compañías (nuevos negocios, M&A, financing, o afines).
- Excelente manejo de modelos financieros, presentaciones, fuerte capacidad analítica y orientación al detalle, inglés avanzado es un must, capacidad de interactuar con diferentes áreas / clientes internos.

Misión
Liderar la elaboración de los Business Plan de la compañía a nivel regional (Argentina, Chile, Colombia y Perú), liderar proyectos de estructuración de deuda en la región, reporting y análisis financieros varios, trabajando en conjunto con leadership e interactuando con todas las áreas, ayudando a analizar la evolución del negocio evaluando desvíos y oportunidades, generando iniciativas superadoras para la optimización financiera de la compañía.
