- Planning and supervising billing and payments operations.
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure the accuracy of billing information.
- Corresponding with vendors, answering questions, and resolving issues.

- Be a person with good diction and communication.
- High analytic, be detail-oriented and observant in order to detect any inconsistency within the documentation and requests received.

How you will contribute to our magical experience?:
The Billing assistant wil be responsible of oversee the billing operations for a DTC area. Coordinate with other departments to ensure the accuracy of invoices, correspond with vendors to follow up on outstanding payments, and resolve any billing-related issues.
