Agile Coach

:

We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach who is passionate about driving organizational change and fostering a culture of agility. As a change agent, you will work closely with teams and leadership to enable the adoption of Agile principles, practices, and mindsets. Your primary focus will be on facilitating the transformation journey, coaching teams and individuals, and driving continuous improvement across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Coaching and Mentoring

:

Provide coaching and mentorship to teams, Scrum Masters, Product Managers, and other stakeholders on Agile principles, values, and practices.

Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions to address individual needs and support personal and professional growth.

Change Management

:

Act as a catalyst for change, driving mindset shifts and cultural transformation towards agility.

Identify organizational barriers to Agile adoption and implement strategies to overcome resistance and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Facilitation and Collaboration

:

Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and Agile events to promote understanding and alignment across teams and stakeholders.

Foster collaboration and cross-functional teamwork, promoting transparency, accountability, and a shared sense of purpose.

Metrics and Continuous Improvement

:

Define and track Agile metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of Agile practices and identify areas for improvement.

Drive a culture of experimentation and learning, encouraging teams to iterate and adapt based on feedback and data-driven insights.
**Lead retrospectives at various levels (team, program, portfolio) to reflect on performance, celebrate achievements, and identify opportunities for enhancement.

Qualifications

:

Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), or equivalent Agile certification required.

5 + years of agile coaching experience

Demonstrated expertise in Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and Agile scaling frameworks.

Strong facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards high performance.

Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience in change management, organizational development, or related fields is a plus.
