- Oversee new model industrialization at production sites, serving as the Electrical Electronic Engineering focal point for Manufacturing Engineering.
- Collaborate with Design Release Engineers and Manufacturing Engineers to develop production procedures for vehicle assembly and end-of-line tests.
- Ensure correct assembly and flashing of hardware and software on the production line.
- Diagnose vehicle issues during industrialization phases and address solutions.
- Configure and analyze mules, generating detailed reports on features and functionalities.
- Prepare vehicles for integration tests and execute tests according to provided test cases/plans.
- Update vehicle configurations based on reference materials, upgrading the fleet as required and creating logs for traceability.
- Install loggers and analyze test data for root cause analysis.
- Provide direct support on the manufacturing line for vehicle and engine plants, promptly addressing issues.
- Analyze defect tickets and information from dynamic tests for defect analysis.
- Provide remote support for dealers and flying engineers, conducting analysis and diagnosis.
- Knowledge and experience with Can/Vehicle Diagnosis/EOL tools is essential.
- Experience in automotive manufacturing is preferred but not mandatory. Candidates with experience in automotive workshops, diagnostics, or similar fields will also be considered.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new processes and tools within the automotive manufacturing environment.
