Takenos es una startup fintech en rápido crecimiento que construye infraestructura financiera global, con foco en transacciones internacionales y servicios financieros innovadores.
Objetivo
Liderar el desarrollo de aplicaciones escalables en , escribiendo código eficiente y mantenible, optimizando bases de datos y APIs. Ser responsable de la creación y mantenimiento de servicios y APIs RESTful, asegurando su rendimiento y funcionalidad.
Qué vas a hacer
- Participar y/o liderar el ciclo completo de desarrollo: desde la ideación hasta la puesta en producción.
- Escribir código limpio y mantenible en siguiendo buenas prácticas.
- Desarrollar y mantener APIs y servicios RESTful.
- Diseñar y optimizar esquemas y queries en bases de datos SQL y NoSQL.
- Contribuir en arquitecturas monolíticas y de microservicios aplicando metodologías como Clean Architecture, Hexagonal o por capas.
- Implementar pruebas unitarias, debugging y mejoras de performance.
- Monitorear continuamente el rendimiento de los sistemas.
- Colaborar estrechamente con Product Managers y otros stakeholders (internos como externos, partners, etc.).
Qué vas a necesitar
- +5 años de experiencia trabajando con y frameworks relacionados (ideal: NestJS y/o tRPC).
- Mentalidad de ejecución, creatividad, proactividad y fuerte sentido de ownership.
- Conocimiento en diseño de soluciones en Fintech y Domain Driven Design (es un plus).
- Experiencia con AWS y tecnologías de contenedores (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Capacidad de diseño y optimización de esquemas de datos.
- Conocimiento en metodologías de testing y debugging.
