- Contract drafting and release
- Support contract signature process and deal booking
- Ensure Quarter End requirements are met
- Provide deal support
- Act as business partners for Sales force
- Ensure processes follow SAP compliance guidelines
- Ensure all documents are properly filed and recorded
- Continuous improvement: adjusting or developing processes to improve efficiency and standardization.
- Keep updated guides and SOPs to ensure team knowledge is maintained and extended
- University Student (Mandatory). Legal, Commercial and Accounting background is preferred.
- Advanced English and Portuguese languages skills (Mandatory).
- Excel and accounting expertise is a big plus.
- Proactive and social personality.
- Solution-oriented personality.
- Customer service experience is a plus. The same applies to work and travel / foreign exchange experiences.

Meet your team:
The position is assigned to the Service Delivery Hub team which is responsible of providing the commercial and legal support to the Latin America and Caribbean (LAC) Region from Global Commercial Finance.
The team evaluates, approves and over sees sales quotations, commercial calculations and contracts for all the region.
In addition, the team monitors policies and standard operating procedures executions, and constantly migrates task from local commercial market units.
