General Objective/Scope:

The role of People Generalist Analyst involves providing support in the implementation of administrative systems and processes, as well as internal communications management. Additionally, it is responsible for providing support to the Talent Partner and Talent Acquisition teams, ensuring effective and timely execution of the designed strategies. The analyst also contributes to the continuous flow of People for Barrero, CFOstartup & Legal Ventures, and Lazo.

Main Responsibilities:

• Support in the Implementation of People Systems:

Provide support in the implementation of all people management systems, ensuring their proper functioning and integration with other internal systems.

• Administrative Management of the People Area:

Collaborate in all administrative processes of the People area, including document management, records, and policy and procedure tracking.

• Support to Collaborators:

Attend to inquiries and requests from collaborators related to administrative issues, people management systems, and internal policies.

• Implementation of Internal Communications:

Participate in the creation and dissemination of internal communications related to events, policies, organizational changes, and other relevant topics for collaborators.

• Support to Talent Partner and Talent Acquisition:

Provide administrative and logistical support to the Talent Partner and Talent Acquisition teams in the management of recruitment, selection, and talent development processes.

Requirements and skills:

• Studying Human Recources.
• At least 2/3 years of experience in related work fields.
• The required competencies for the position of People Generalist Analyst focus on finding someone who is passionate about learning and continuous improvement, with exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to proactively tackle challenges.
