Provides administrative or office support to nonexecutive employees, departments or functions.
Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
- Execute assisting Managerial Level
- Teamworking with other assistants for supporting everyday needs, corporate visitors, events, meetings, etc.
- Management and Handling VIP events (caterings, international and domestic logistics)
- Agenda management
- Handle managerial expense report.
- Support on different department team events.
Required Qualifications:
- 10 years of assistant knowledge in an executive level. 5 years' experience in oil companies and/or Corporative/Multinational Companies. Demonstrable experience working in a pool of assistants/teamworking with other assistants. English level FCE or superior written and oral. Proficiency in Word
- Excel-Power point and Microsoft tools.
- Flexibility to adapt to business needs.
- Adapt to work in corporative environment and the processes involved.
- Good communication skills.
Relocation Options:
Relocation will not be considered.
International Considerations:
Expatriate assignments will not be considered.
