Requisitos:

Requirements 1-2 years experience in a similar role Excellent time management skills, the ability to adapt to change, to multitask and prioritize tasks as needed Mid-Level experience using Microsoft Office 365 & CAT Tools Ability to work independently and also as part of a global team Ability and willingness to learn new tools Ability to process and retain a high volume of information, particularly during the training phase Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in writing (English) and face-to-face, online Technical proficiency working with and troubleshooting different computer platforms, tools and ability to understand proprietary systems Excellent attention to detail Experience supporting multiple points of contact Time flexibility to adjust working hours during cover periods when possible
