The Position:

Ensures compliance of all Product Costing and Inventory Accounting processes.


Tasks & responsibilities:


  • Act as functional process expert in the area of Product Costing and Inventory Accounting with focus on LATAM Region.
  • Preparation, coordination and execution of product cost calculations.
  • Definition and maintenance of material master data for key financial aspects.
  • Execution of the monthend and yearend closing and valuation activities in close cooperation with global and local operating units.
  • Contact person for requests coming from subsidiaries.
  • Supports continuous internal process improvements to enhance overall department's effectiveness.
  • Maintenance of material master data (accounting and costing views).
  • Preparation of special analysis and adhoc reports related to product costs.
  • Contact person for requests coming from subsidiaries.
  • Support of continuous internal process improvements to enhance overall department's effectiveness.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or similar.
  • Proficiency in SAP/ERP MM, FI, SD, and CO (preferably SAP HANA).
  • Business Warehouse knowledge with 2 years minimum experience.
  • Professional knowhow in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Product Costing and Inventory Accounting with minimum 2year experience in A2R (or similar).
  • Excellent Analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to participate in complex, large scale initiatives in the area of Product costing and Inventory Accounting.
  • Level of English: Advanced.
  • Customer oriented presentation and communication skills.
