MAIN LOCAL RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Obtains and provides Compensations & Benefits market data (according to confidentiality agreements) from consultant companies such as Mercer, Willis Towers Watson, PWC, etc.
  • Develops and send to Corporate the wage adjustments proposals based on market trends.
  • Proactively develops analysis and proposes C&B updates (e

g:

promotions, Car Allowances, Internship Allowances, kilometer personal vehicle refund, etc., based on market trends, business strategy and talent management processes.


  • Ensures the internal and external compliance with all the payroll & personnel administration processes and budgets.
  • Ensures the internal and external compliance with all the EHS & Facilities processes and budgets.
  • Supervises EHS and Facilities areas, looking for the proactive planification: sites maintenance, environmental and safety initiatives.
  • Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.
  • Provides daytoday performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
  • Works closely with management and employees to improve engagement, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
  • Participates in the development, encourage and execution of initiatives such as employee's engagement, diversity and inclusion and sustainability
  • Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies.
  • Develops and monitor the HR budget based on the company requirements.
  • Maintains indepth knowledge of legal requirements related to daytoday management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal department as needed/required.
  • Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.
  • Develops proposal for new hires, promotions and employees' transfers.
  • Ensures to have the employee's files updated: job descriptions, offer letters / employees contracts, pay changes, Performance Improvement Plans, etc.
  • Assists international employees with expatriate assignments and related HR matters.
  • Meets the quarterly ICQ (Internal Control Questionnaire) requirements according to the Owner / Reviewer responsibilities.
  • Leads the HR Communication Plan (Management Team Meetings, Communications Meetings, Organizational Announcements, etc.)
  • Collaborates with Talent Management area (Performance, Org. Review, Talent Review, Recruitment, etc.), Identifies needs, provides guidance and input on business unit restructures and workforce planning.
  • Delivers trainings included as part of the HR catalog.
  • Participates in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follows up to ensure training objectives are met.
  • Works in conjunction with Recruitment Center to support the recruitment activity.
  • Develops and leads meetings / events and presentations (focused on all employees, leaders, etc.) based on the responsibilities of an HRBP.

MAIN REGIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Participates in all mandatory training provided by the company, such as those related to Trade Compliance and all training related to compliance with legal regulations and / or Corporate Policies, and may also be mentor/guide of these issues if it is required.
  • Works with Southern Cone or others HRBP to ensure the implementation of cross initiatives and the HR Regional Strategy

3. REQUIREMENTS

  • University degree (Human Resources, Labor Relations or similar)
  • Fluency in English.
  • Relevant industry experience is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in generalist HR roles, resolving complex employee relations issues.
  • Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and employment laws.
  • Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some outofarea and possible outof country travel may be expected.
  • People Management Experience
  • Knowledge in quality management systems
